On 25 May 2018, ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd., issued Long-Term Debentures worth 4,200 million baht to institutional investors. The debentures were issued in three tranches. The first tranche is 2 years tenor with the interest rate of 2.06%, worth 2,800 million baht.  The second tranche is 3 years tenor with the interest rate of 2.18%, worth 370 million baht. The third tranche is 4 years tenor with the interest rate of 2.42%, worth 1,030 million baht. The debentures are rated “AAA(Tha)” by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited. Bangkok Bank and Kasikorn Bank were the underwriters of the debentures.
