Offering of the Long-Term Debentures of ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd. No. 2/2020

On 4 August  2020, ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd. issued Long-Term Debentures worth  4,850million baht to institutional investors. The debentures were issued in three  tranches. The first tranche is  1  year  and 9months tenor with the discount rate of 1.73% and the principal amount of  1,700  million baht. The second  tranche is  2  years  and 6 months tenor with the discount rate of 1.87% and the principal amount of  1,230  million baht .The third tranche is 3 years tenor with the interest rate of  1.99%and the principal amount of  1,920million baht. The debentures are rated “AAA(tha)” by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited. Bangkok Bank ,Krungthai Bank  and KASIKORNBANK were the underwriters of the debentures.
