Offering of the Long-Term Debentures of ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd. No. 3/2020

On 26 October  2020, ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd. issued Long-Term Debentures worth  12,250million baht to institutional investors. The debentures were issued in four tranches.

  1.  1 year tenor with interest rate of 1.28% and the principal amount of  2,500  million baht.
  2.  2 years and 4 months tenor with the discount rate of 1.72% and the principal amount of  4,550  million baht .
  3.  3years tenor with the interest rate of 1.85%and the principal amount of 2,200million baht.
  4.  4 years tenor with interest rate 2.13% and the principal amount of 3,000 million baht.

The debentures are rated “AAA(tha)” by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited. Bangkok Bank ,Krung Thai Bank  and KASIKORNBANK were the underwriters of the debentures
