Offering of the Long-Term Debentures of ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd. No. 2/2019

On 26 November 2019, ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd. issued Long-Term Debentures worth 3,500 million baht to institutional investors. The debentures were issued in two tranches. The first tranche is 2 years and 9 months tenor with the discount rate of 1.78% and the principal amount of 2,500 million baht. The second tranche is 3 years tenor with the interest rate of 1.82% and the principal amount of 1,000 million baht. The debentures are rated “AAA(tha)” by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited. Bangkok Bank and KASIKORNBANK were the underwriters of the debentures.
