Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up installment payment of customer who has overdue by making telephone call
- Provide information and other documents to customer enquiries and requests regarding payment issue
- Coordinate with other departments to support collection issues
- Update the follow-up information into the system
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in collection with financial institutions is advantageous.
- Be able to communicate in English both in verbal and written communication (if any)
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good attitude and able to work under pressure
- Customer-oriented and target-oriented
- Good command of MS Office
