Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of Nakhonrachasima Hub.
• Set up strategies to expand used and new car financing, in alignment with company’s goals.
• Monitor marketing performance to ensure target is met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all dealers.
• Monitor and follow up on collection performance, ensuring Non-Performing Loans (NPL) are controlled in accordance with company policy.
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports and present to management.
• Ensuring the subordinate strictly performs roles and responsibilities aligned with company regulations and laws
• Responsible for Nakhonrachasima Hub

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics or related fields.
• A minimum of 10 years in marketing of leasing, banking or financing institution.
• A minimum of 5 years in management roles.
• Having knowledge in hire purchase and leasing.
• Strong leadership skills, people management skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Proficiency in Chinese communication would be advantage

Responsibilities

• Act as a focal point for compliance related matters in term of regulatory impact assessment for new or changed regulations into practical solutions.

• Follow up action taken from impacted units for the changed regulations

• Provide advisory on regulations, especially Bank of Thailand’s regulation

• Prepare reports on compliance matters

• Ensure internal processes and procedures are up to date and followed.

• Carry out ad-hoc projects/ task assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Legal, Accounting, Finance or any related fields

• Experience in Compliance from financial institutions would be a plus

• Observant, eager to learn and interested in self-improvement

• Good computer literacy

• Good command of English

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up installment payment of customer who has overdue by making telephone call
• Provide information and other documents to customer enquiries and requests regarding payment issue
• Coordinate with other departments to support collection issues
• Update the follow-up information into the system

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in collection with financial institutions is advantageous.
• Be able to communicate in English both in verbal and written communication (if any)
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Good attitude and able to work under pressure
• Customer-oriented and target-oriented
• Good command of MS Office

• วิเคราะห์สินเชื่อให้กับลูกค้าในเบื้องต้นตามเกณฑ์การพิจารณาสินเชื่อ
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการขอสินเชื่อของลูกค้า
• ดำเนินการต่างๆอันเกี่ยวกับสัญญาเช่าซื้อ สร้างและรักษาสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับคู่ค้าและลูกค้า รวมถึงนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ของบริษัทฯที่เป็นประโยชน์กับลูกค้า
• ดูแลลูกค้าประจำพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร

Key Requirements:

• เพศชาย  หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
• สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการประสานงานที่ดี  บุคลิกภาพดี  และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
• มีความรับผิดชอบ  ขยัน  กระตือรือร้น  และมีไหวพริบ
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเช่าซื้อรถยนต์และมีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจเช่าซื้อรถยนต์
• มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่และมีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง
