Compliance Senior Manager - AVP

Responsibilities

• Act as a focal point for compliance related matters in term of regulatory impact assessment for new or changed regulations into practical solutions.

• Follow up action taken from impacted units for the changed regulations

• Provide advisory on regulations, especially Bank of Thailand’s regulation

• Prepare reports on compliance matters

• Ensure internal processes and procedures are up to date and followed.

• Carry out ad-hoc projects/ task assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Legal, Accounting, Finance or any related fields

• Experience in Compliance from financial institutions would be a plus

• Observant, eager to learn and interested in self-improvement

• Good computer literacy

• Good command of English

Credit Risk and Portfolio Management Manager (level Manager or above)

Credit Risk and Portfolio Management Manager (level Manager or above)

Job responsibilities

-Analyze and prepare credit risk and portfolio report of both regular and adhoc report.

-Present findings from credit risk analysis and adjust the credit policy in order to gain the appropriate risk and return.

-Assess, control and monitor credit related model/scorecard to effectively implement and utilize in risk system.

-Portfolio Analysis and account maintenance management

-Risk policy related governance

-Conduct Stress test and back test in compliance with regulation and appropriate use for the company.

-Coordinate with both internal and external parties in risk management activities

-Other adhoc assignment.

Qualification

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

- Good analytical skills and problem solving.

- Data analytic programming is a plus

- A good knowledge of BOT regulation for hire purchased business

- Has working experience in risk management 5 years or above

- Has working experience in hire-purchase/leasing business will be an advantage.

- Good command of English and computer literacy.

Senior Relationship Management

Senior Relationship Management

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve the problems promptly.
  • Identify the significant changes on customers such as shareholder change, new investment, strategic adjustment, etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities to acquire prospects and expand market in every industry
  • Complete credit due diligence process for the customers.
  • Follow the draw down process and instruct the ARM to follow.
  • Update the repayment record from Operations Management department or Collection department.
  • Update the conditions of collateral and insurance.
  • Update the company documents and collect information for annual review.
  • Ensure that all daily operations and initiatives are delivered as business requirements within a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal parties and external parties at all levels effectively.
  • Assist Department Head with motivating and coaching team members to achieve sales target associated with delivering the best services to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or any other related fields
  • A minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experiences in leasing product or loan product in banking industry or financial institution
  • Solid knowledge and in-depth understanding of leasing business
  • Having a vision of business development by acquiring new customers and seeking for new business opportunities while enhancing the relationships with existing customers
  • Able to connect with customers and other parties with ease
  • Must-have core competencies:industry savvy, business acumen, decision making, driving for results and people management
  • Required key skills: analytical thinking, resilience, problem solving, communication, good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written communication
