Offering of the Long-Term Debentures of ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd. No. 1/2019

On 23 May, 2019, ICBC (Thai) Leasing Co., Ltd., issued Long-Term Debentures worth 8,000 million baht to institutional investors. The debentures were issued in two tranches. The first tranche is 2 years and 4 months tenor the interest rate of 2.34%, worth 3,000 million baht.  The second tranche is 3 years and 4 months tenor with the interest rate of 2.47%, worth 5,000 million baht. The debentures are rated AAA(tha) by Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited. Bangkok Bank and KASIKORNBANK were the underwriters of the debentures.
