Will my monthly payment be effective at the date I make a payment? Is there any difference between each payment channel?

You can learn more about each payment channel as follows:

  • If you pay in cash at our Head Office or at the bank within the working hours, your transaction will be effective at the date you make a payment.
  • If you pay via Mobile Banking or Internet Banking within 11.00 pm, your transaction will be effective at the date you make a payment. This doesn’t apply for Kasikorn Bank where you have to make a payment within 9.00 pm so that your transaction will be effective at the date you make a payment.
  • Pay by cheque. Your transaction will be effective the date the company requests for cheque clearing. The transaction will be done the next working day.

Where can I check for due amount, balance, and installments?

  • You can contact us at 02-626-8100 or 02-876-7200 (press 1 if you have any questions about installments or press 4 to contact the officer) from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm., Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays as announced by the Bank of Thailand)

What is the process of ownership transfer?

  • Step 1: We will mail the ownership transfer document to the address you provided. If you haven’t received it, please contact the Operations Management Department.
  • Step 2: Sign your name in the document, prepare required documents, and send them back to us.
  • Step 3: Make a final installment payment, fine (if any), and transfer fee.
  • Step 4: We will mail you the vehicle ownership booklet to the address you provided within 15 working days.

What are required documents for transfer ownership?

Individual person

  • 2 copies of national ID card
  • 2 copies of certificate of name change, title name change, surname change (if any)

Juristic person

  • 2 copies of national ID card of authorized director
  • 2 copies of company registration certification within the last 3 months

When will I receive the ownership transfer document?

  • We will mail to the document to you at least 3 month before the final installment payment.

What should I do if I lose my license plate?

  • Report that you lose your license plate.

What should I do if I want a copy of vehicle registration?

  • Please contact us at 02-626-8100 or 02-876-7200 (press 2 for interactive voice response or press 4 to contact the officer) from 8.30 a.m to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays as announced by the Bank of Thailand). 

If I change the address to receive documents, what should I do?

  • Individual customer: Please make a photocopy of your national ID card and submit your request to change your address along with your signature.
  • Juristic customer: Please send Amendment address letter and attach Company’s Affidavit, Por.Por. 20 or Por.Por.09, copy of ID of director who has authorize to sign contract and sing all documents  with stamp the sealed company on all documents.

    You can raise your assigned number or raise your hand. Every auction is videotaped as a proof and a sales confirmation. After the auctioneer settles on the selling price, he or she will fill the number of buyer and the selling price in a sales order. You can receive your sale contract the registration room to confirm your car purchase.

    1. Inspect cars that you’re interested in
    You can inspect cars that you’re interested in 1 day prior to the auction date. If you want to apply for a loan for cars in an auction, please contact us at 02-626-8100 or 02-876-7200 from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm., Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays as announced by the Bank of Thailand)
    2. Register for the auction
    Bring your national ID card and deposit 20,000 baht for bidding license plates all types of cars.
    3. Join the auction
    You can auction by raising your hand.
    4. Make a payment
    If your auction is successful
    Make a payment for the car, VAT, auction fee (this may vary depending on the auction company)
    If your auction isn’t successful
    Request for the deposit back at the date of the auction.
    5. Pickup your car
    You can pick up your car after you make a complete payment for the car, VAT, and auction fee according to the auction price
    6. Receive transfer ownership documents
    You can request for transfer ownership documents at the auction company with 30 days after your payment is complete.
